Mr. Messina has 25+ years’ experience in the global capital markets, commodities and technology. Previously Interim CEO, Mr. Messina has been the U.S. Government and Strategic Advisor for Tanbreez for six years.​

Bolette Nielsen,
Chairperson & Greenland Office Manager

With over 20 years’ experience mining in Greenland, Ms. Nielsen has set up many Greenland operations for various exploration companies, and is well versed in Greenlandic laws relating to accounting and corporate governance.​

Tony Sage,
Director

Mr. Sage has more than 35 years’ experience in corporate advisory services, funds management and capital raising, predominantly within the resource sector. Mr. Sage is based in Western Australia and has been involved in the management and financing of listed mining companies for the last 22 years. Mr. Sage has operated in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Romania, Russia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Cote d’Ivoire, Congo, South Africa, Indonesia, China and Australia. Mr. Sage currently holds the position of Executive Chairman of ASX listed CuFe Ltd and European Lithium Limited and an Executive Director of ASX listed Cyclone Metals Limited.

Anna Wingell
Perth Office Manager

Ms. Wingell has over 20 years’ experience working in the accounting and financial planning sector. She has been with Tanbreez since 2011 overseeing the projects Perth and Greenland based administration.

Greg Campbell

A highly accomplished project director and study manager with over 30 years of engineering experience in a range of medium to large-scale projects both within Australia and Greenland. Greg has held board positions on two companies with international assets and has led companies through the engineering life cycle, including offtake negotiations and governmental permitting.

Hans Kristian Schonwandt​
Former Greenland Deputy Minister & Chief Geologist​

A professor emeritus of Geology, Mr. Schonwandt assisted in writing the current Greenland Mines Act. He was Head of the Mines Department for 10 years, and has 60 years’ experience in Greenland geology.​

Rasmus Chr. Rasmussen
35 years’ experience serving mining companies in Greenland

Local business owner who lives about 20km away from the Tanbreez mine site in the regional capital of Qaqortoq. Mr. Rasmussen runs a large construction and contracting business with 50+ employees, providing mines with the complete range of equipment and services required for exploration and mine construction.
