Collaborating for Workforce Success

Both the Greenland Government and Tanbreez have recognized the need for cooperation with sourcing employees. In an area of approximately 7,000 inhabitants, it is expected that there may be shortages of certain skills for a mine of this magnitude.

Both sides are working to position the attractiveness of the mine development for Greenland, the local area and the potential employees. There is a focus on attracting back, the estimated 5,000 people that have left the area seeking work in other parts of Greenland and Denmark.

A significant focus is on providing workers with the necessary skills and education required for the successful mine development.
